Itinerary:
Day 1: Delhi to Nainital.
Arrive in Delhi and drive to the “Lake District” of Nainital (approx. 7-8 hours). Check into your hotel, then spend the evening strolling along Mall Road and enjoying a peaceful boat ride on Naini Lake, followed by a visit to the Naina Devi Temple.
Day 2: Nainital Sightseeing.
After breakfast, explore local attractions such as Snow View Point (via cable car), Tiffin Top, and Ghorakhal, home to a famous army school. In the afternoon, visit nearby lakes like Bhimtal, Sattal, and Naukuchiatal.
Day 3: Nainital to Jim Corbett.
Drive to Jim Corbett National Park (approx. 2 hours). En route, visit the Corbett Museum. Check into your resort and spend the evening enjoying the natural surroundings.
Day 4: Jim Corbett Safari.
Embark on an early morning or afternoon Jeep Safari into the national park to spot diverse wildlife, including the Bengal tiger, elephants, and leopards. You can also visit local sites like the Garjiya Devi Temple.
Day 5: Jim Corbett to Rishikesh.
Proceed to Rishikesh, the “Yoga Capital of the World” (approx. 6-7 hours). Upon arrival, check into your hotel/camp. In the evening, visit Laxman Jhula and attend the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti ceremony at Triveni Ghat or Parmarth Niketan.
Day 6: Rishikesh to Mussoorie.
Enjoy breakfast and then head to Mussoorie, known as the “Queen of the Hills” (approx. 2 hours). Visit popular spots like Kempty Falls and Mussoorie Lake. In the evening, take a leisurely walk on Camel’s Back Road.
Day 7: Mussoorie Sightseeing.
Explore more of Mussoorie, including Gun Hill (offering panoramic views via cable car) and Lal Tibba. The evening is free for shopping or exploring the Mall Road area.
Day 8: Mussoorie to Delhi Departure.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Delhi for your onward journey (approx. 7-8 hours).
